2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter your registered phone number and click RESET PASSWORD
4. You will receive an Sms with your new pin.

Can I create more than one account on BetLion Zambia?

How do I deposit?

 How to place a bet??

1. Log into your account.
2. Select or search for your chosen sport, tournament, country or league and click on it.
3. From here, you can select specific events, tournaments and leagues on that sport. For example, to bet on Champions League football you would select 'Football' then 'Other Leagues'.
4. Once you have chosen your event you will be brought to a screen highlighting a range of markets.
5. Select the odds you want to bet on by clicking on them.
6. The chosen selections will automatically be added to the betting slip shown at the bottom of your screen.
7. Once you have made your selections you click on the bet slip icon at the bottom of the screen.
8. Insert the amount you wish to bet and then click on "Place Bet"

How do I withdraw?

2. Click on your balance on the header of the website (Top right corner)
3. Click on My Account (Top left corner)
4. Click on Withdraw
5. Enter Amount or select amount from the quick buttons.
6. Click Withdraw
7. You will receive an SMS from your mobile operator confirming the withdrawal.

 What is cash out?

With Cash Out you no longer have to wait for your bet to finish to pocket your profit. Just choose the bet you want to Cash Out and you will be paid the amount regardless of the outcome of the event. You can cash out Pre Game or Live. Pre-game cash out is before the game starts and Live is when the game is in play.

How to cash out?

Simply login to your account, click on MY BETS and Activate the Show only Cash out bets, it will display the bets that can be cashed out and the amount you will recover. Proceed by clicking cashout, confirm then once done, it will display the success message.
